Do less, do it well.
We hold a small slate of engagements at any time. Each receives the senior attention it deserves. Saying yes to a new engagement should not mean saying half-yes to one already underway.
Stay in the room.
Engagements are led personally by a senior partner from first conversation to final handover. The work is not delegated to associates layered between you and the partner you hired.
Hold confidentiality as foundation.
We do not publish client lists, name engagements, or speak about clients in any setting. Discretion is not a clause in our agreements; it is the agreement.
